Cancellation Policy

All event payments are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend, first-time cancellations or no-shows may be eligible for a one-time rollover credit toward a future event. Approval is required and requests must be submitted prior to the next scheduled gathering. Rollover requests are considered on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed. Repeated cancellations or no-shows will not qualify for future credits or transfers. By registering for this event, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
