Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing Erika’s Public Notary. To ensure fairness and availability for all clients, the following cancellation policy applies: Clients must contact us to cancel or reschedule their appointment at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time. Appointments that are canceled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours’ notice will be subject to a $25.00 cancellation fee. This policy helps us manage our schedule and continue providing quality service to all clients. By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to this cancellation policy.
